Perfected makes construction company management software. It isn't open to new companies yet, so this website collects details only from people who join the waiting list or send us a message. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it and how to have it removed.
Who we are
This website and the details it collects are run by perfected.io. You can reach us through the contact form or by email at .
What we collect
- The waiting list: your email address and, if you give them, your name, company, role and company size. We also keep the consent line shown beside the button and the time you joined.
- The contact form: your name, email address, company, role and message, with the time you sent it.
- Every visit: our servers log each request to this website, including your IP address and browser, so we can keep the site running and stop abuse such as repeated submissions. These logs never include what you type into the forms.
How we use it
We use waiting-list details only to tell you when Perfected opens and contact details only to reply to you. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone for their own marketing. A copy of each waiting-list signup and of each message sent through the contact form is emailed to our team, so we know about it and can reply.
Where it's kept
Your details are stored on servers we run. This website reaches you through Cloudflare, which carries each request between your browser and our servers, and the emails we send go out through Mailjet.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them for the purposes above. Removing them deletes them permanently.
Your choices
You can leave the waiting list or ask to see, correct or remove the details we hold about you at any time. Ask us through the contact form or by email at , and we'll reply to you.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Changes
If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
