From the supplier.
To the site.

Send purchase orders to your suppliers, see what is due at each gate and confirm deliveries as they come off the truck. What arrives goes into the project's materials on site, ready for the tasks that reserved it.

  1. Order

Raise a purchase order from your materials catalogue, release it and email the supplier a PDF.

Reserve stock for each task from what is on site, another of your projects or a delivery still on its way. Whatever is not reserved yet shows up in Blockers.

Suppliers and their contacts come from your company address book. Received equipment joins the equipment register, ready to book, and stock or plant can travel between your projects on deliveries of their own.

A sign at every gate.
Everyone accounted for.

Print a QR sign for each project. Visitors scan it with their phone camera and say who they are there to see, and that person is told straight away. Your crew scan the same sign to clock in and out.

  • Site supervisors and site asset managers for every project
  • Gates with their own address and access instructions
  • The site address and radio channel on the project
  • A visitor log for the people allowed to read it
A QR sign on the Montague Street compound gate. A visitor scans it, chooses the site supervisor Samir Brookvale and registers their arrival; Samir is told at once.

Every day on record.
Every revision kept.

Supervisors and trades record each day's work, who was on site, the weather and any delays, with photos. Plans, permits and certificates keep every revision with the current one on top, and every photo added to a task lands on the project's photo timeline.

The site diary entry for 19 October 2026: the staged bridge lift continued, four named people and twelve trade workers were on site, overnight rain was pumped away before deliveries and two supplier documents are still outstanding. Two photos are attached.
A drawing register at revision B, with revision A still kept and downloadable beneath it.
Four photos from the day's tasks on the project's photo timeline.

Diary days print as a report with their photos. Entries, documents and revisions are never deleted, and an archived project stays readable.

Find the gaps.
Before the crew does.

Give each task the workers it needs, by trade or ticket, and fill them with your own people or with outside workers, who get the details by email. Blockers lists every unfilled position and every material not yet reserved, day by day, for each project.

  • Dated phases on one schedule, with the progress of each
  • Estimated hours, with what is left shown on every card
  • Change several tasks at once, or start a new one from a copy
  • Reports as CSV or print, and QR labels that open a task on site
  • Your own workflow states, with rules that email the right people
A task's workers: two members, an external worker from Liftline Heavy Jacking and one unfilled position, which also appears in Blockers beside chemical anchors not yet reserved for another task.

Know what's ready.
And what isn't.

Every machine keeps its usage readings, servicing and defects on one record. Book it for a task, and Perfected tells you when a service or a blocking defect gets in the way.

  • Usage readings, with who took them
  • Servicing by date, by use or whichever comes first
  • Blocking defects that call for a service before the next booking
  • Bookings for tasks, including hired plant

Compactor 01's latest reading reached its 150-hour service, so it needs maintenance and its booking for the bridge lift shows a clash. One defect is open.

Every hour counted.
Every receipt kept.

Your crew clock in at the gate or fill in the week afterwards. Weeks within their hours can approve themselves; the rest wait for a manager. Sick leave and annual leave build up on their own, and a manager approves each absence, even sick leave requested after the day. Money spent on the job is claimed against the project with its receipt.

  • Pay codes with rates by time of day, and overtime
  • Weekly or fortnightly approval, exported for payroll
  • Absence requests that a manager approves or turns down
  • Sick leave, annual leave and banked hours with dated adjustments
  • Claims that add the materials and equipment bought
An approved week of 39.5 hours with leave balances, an expense claim for two cans of marking paint that went into materials on site and a week of annual leave waiting for a manager's approval.

Made for the site.
Not just the office.

On a phone, the three pages you pin sit in the bottom bar and Menu finds everything else. Clock in at the gate, check tomorrow's tasks, add photos from the camera and answer a mention without going back to the office.

  • Pin the pages you use most, on the phone and in the sidebar
  • An inbox for mentions, assignments, due dates and visitors
  • Photos straight from the camera onto a task
  • Your own theme, light or dark, wherever you sign in
Perfected on a phone: clocked in at the Montague Street bridge for 3 hours 16 minutes, with Dashboard, My timeline and Timesheet pinned beside Menu. Beside it, the notification inbox with a new mention and a reminder of a task due within 24 hours.

Your structure.
Your way of working.

One project or a hundred across several teams. Group projects into folders, decide who can see and do what, then switch on only the modules you need.

  • Folders for your projects

Access to a folder reaches every project inside it, including the ones added later.

  • Permission sets and project access

Decide what each person can do across the organisation, and on which projects.

  • Modules you switch on and off

Turning one off hides it and keeps its records for when you need them again.

  • Workflows that match yours

Set task types, states and the rules between them for all projects or just one.
